1. Bookings & Cancellation Policy

To ensure all our guests receive exceptional service and styling, we request adherence to the following policies:

• Appointment Window: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, subject to therapist/stylist availability.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee on your next booking or forfeiture of booking deposits.

2. Salon & Spa Etiquette

We strive to provide a relaxing and premium environment for all our clients:

• Please keep mobile phones on silent or vibrate mode while in treatment rooms.
• Ensure children are supervised at all times unless they are actively receiving grooming services in the kids' section.
• Guests must inform our staff of any pre-existing health conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before their session begins.

3. Service Quality & Satisfaction

At Yeloweé, the small finishing touches matter as much as the big transformations. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issue promptly.
